De verkoper vertelt
We chose this apartment because of its unique location in NDSM, one of Amsterdam's most vibrant and up-and-coming neighborhoods. From the moment we first visited, we fell in love with its waterfront location, modern comfort, and lively atmosphere.
The building is located directly on the water, allowing you to swim, relax by the water, and enjoy sunny days right outside your home. It truly feels like a little holiday destination within the city.
As the first owner, we moved into the apartment in June 2024, immediately after construction was completed. Everything was brand new, and we loved being part of this beautiful development from the very beginning.
What we appreciate most is the balance between tranquility and city life. The neighborhood is peaceful and pleasant, yet also home to some of Amsterdam's biggest cultural and music events.
Everything you need is within walking distance, including Albert Heijn, HEMA, restaurants, cafés, bars, healthcare facilities, and gyms. The ferry is a short walk away and brings you to Amsterdam Central Station in approximately 12 minutes.
The only reason we are moving is because our family has grown and we welcomed a new baby. While we are excited for our next chapter, we will be sad to leave this apartment. It has been a wonderful home, full of happy memories, and we hope its next owners will enjoy it as much as we have.
